As the season turns to winter and we settle into the colder temperatures I am catching up on some summer blogging. Over the summer we had the opportunity to go to some really beautiful places, Orcas Island being one of them. Orcas Island is not far but feels like you are in a completely different country & its just a ferry ride away from Seattle.

Peaceful, quiet, stunning are just some of the words that come to mind when I try to describe this place and it is a perfect setting for 2 people to exchange vows and have friends and family come to support them in that. This quaint little chapel was actually owned by the grooms parents and the the reception took place at Inn at Ship Bay.
Thank you Kirstin & Jordan for the opportunity to capture this day for you.
Enjoy the sunshine and warmness of this post as you cozy up in this winter weather.
cheers

happily ever after…….

what a lovely, luscious, dreamy, stylish, moving, simply gorgeous set of photos. you have captured so many perspectives and experiences that seem essential, not just recording a day, but creating a world in itself. equally ethereal and grounded. this is my first comment, must tell you what an impression you’ve left. such beautiful stuff, such soul to it :)
